Elhuyar Fundazioa - Language Services 

The seminar entitled “Corpus Building Today” (“Corpusgintza gaur egun”), organised by the Eroski Foundation (Eroski Fundazioa), the Royal Academy of the Basque Language (Euskaltzaindia), and the Elhuyar Foundation, was held at the headquarters of the Royal Academy of the Basque Language in Bilbao on 21 January 2010.

During the sessions we presented the Eroski Consumer Corpus, but at the same time we aimed to highlight the importance of corpus building for language experts, and explain the situation in which the Basque corpus and multilingual corpuses find themselves today.
